Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive developmental intervention model on infants′ neuropsychological development.Methods Healthy newborns receiving health care management in the community were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was given systematic and individualized early comprehensive intervention guidance and the control group was given routine health care guidance. All newborns were follows up to 1 years, the intelligence development and social life ability were compared between the two groups.Results The social behavior score of infants in the study group was (100.7±16.8) at the age of 3 months, which was significantly better than that of the control group (91.1±8.3), and the linguistic ability score was (100.1±7.4) and (107.5±12.0) at the age of 9 and 12 months respectively, which was significantly better than that of the control group [(93.0±10.5) and (100.0±9.6) respectively, P<0.05]. The scores of motor activity, fine motor, adaptability and personal-social behavior as well as total development quotient in the study group were statistically higher than those in the control group at the age of 6,9 to 12 months (P<0.05). Influencing factors of infant′s intelligence development were estimated through multiple stepwise regression analysis. Early comprehensive development intervention and high education of mother showed protective effect, and the risk factor was the late age of adding meat food(F=6.310, P<0.05). The median age of solitary infants was 11.8 months and 13.2 months in the study group and control group respectively (P<0.05). The S-M Social Life Ability Scale was used to evaluate the social life ability of infants. The scores of social living ability of infants in the study group at 9 months and 12 months were (10.0±0.0) and (10.0±0.3), which were significantly higher than those in the control group [(9.8±0.5) and (9.8±0.3) respectively, P<0.05].Conclusion Early comprehensive development intervention service can significantly promote infants′ intelligence development and social life ability, which has significant social significance and practical value.
