摘要目的 探索低血糖指数(GI)膳食对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)治疗中的作用。方法 收集2011年1月—2013年5月本院收治的GDM患者148例,随机分为以低血糖指数膳食为特征的营养干预组(干预组,n=69)和普通营养组(对照组,n=79)。结果 干预组碳水化合物摄入的供热比低于对照组,脂肪摄入的供热比高于对照组,膳食GI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;营养治疗8周后(即妊娠32周),两组空腹血糖(FBG)较干预前略下降,但差异无统计学意义;营养治疗后的餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)较干预前下降,且干预组2 h PBG低于对照组,并干预组干预后2 h PBG下降的幅度较对照组略明显,差异均有统计学意义;两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)值比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 低血糖指数膳食在妊娠期糖尿病营养治疗中可有效降低餐后2小时血糖。
