自噬调节基因AMBRA1在神经管发育中的作用及机制研究进展 |

摘要 神经管畸形(NTDs)是在胚胎发育过程中,由于神经管闭合缺陷导致的先天性畸形。在神经管闭合过程中,自噬是必不可少的。许多研究表明,自噬/苄氯素1调节因子1基因(AMBRA1)编码的蛋白质在自噬调节过程中发挥着重要作用。AMBRA1基因缺失导致胚胎发育早期自噬损伤,发生严重NTDs表型。本文从自噬角度对AMBRA1基因在神经管发育过程中的作用及其机制进行综述,以期为进一步阐明NTDs的发生机制提供新思路。
