Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between maternal-fetal LMP and HLA-DM gene sharing rate and the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension in Hainan. Methods A total of 60 mothers and fetuses with pregnancy-induced hypertension who gave birth in the obstetrics department of our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected. 200 pairs of healthy pregnant women and their fetuses who gave birth in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Blood samples were collected from all subjects, and DNA from peripheral blood leukocytes was extracted. Then PCR amplification followed by gene sequencing. To compare the difference in the sharing rate of LMP and HLA-DM between cases with pregnancy-induced hypertension and healthy controls. Results When HLA-DM was shared by two, the proportion of hypertensive disease group during pregnancy was significantly higher than that of the controls (P<0.01). When the LMP was shared by 4, the proportion of hypertension in pregnancy was significantly higher than that of the controlse (P<0.01). The HLA-DMB* 0103 locus and LMP2-R/H gene sharing rate was the highest in the patients with hypertension in pregnancy, which was significantly different from the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the sharing rate of other sites (P>0.05). Conclusion The incidence of hypertension during pregnancy in Hainan may be related to sharing rate of LMP and HLA-DM genes among women with pregnancy-induced hypertension and their fetus in Hainan. Among them, HLA-DMB* 0103 and LMP2-R/H may be susceptible genes for pregnancy-induced hypertension.
