Psychological distress factors questionnaire and psychological distress management scale (DM) were administered to 200 cases of cervical cancer patients. Results Cervical cancer patients had different degrees of psychological problems, with an average score of psychological distress of (4.7±2.2) points. Of these patients, 81% had moderate to severe degrees of psychological distress. Degree of psychological distress was correlated with age, education, occupation, children, medical history, treatment, and number of chemotherapy. Conclusion Patients with cervical cancer had a higher prevalence of psychological problems, and psychological intervention should be individualized according to the above identified factors.
