Abstract:Objective To investigate whether the human ovarian granulosa cells aging obviously as age increasing . Methods Granulosa cells was collected during the process of picking up oocytes. Real-time PCR method was used to detect the expression of Sirt1, and T/S Ratio method to detect the length of telomere and the proliferation ability of granulosa cells in vitro. Results The expression of Sirt1 of ovarian granulosa cells was not significantly increased, and the telomere length did not significantly shorten, as age increasing. The proliferation ability of granulosa cells maintained high till the age of 45 years. Conclusion The ovarian granulosa cells were not aging significantly, although the eggs was aging obviously as age increasing.
