镉致雄性生殖系统损伤机制及防护进展

摘要

随着工业化进程的加快,重金属污染日益严重,镉作为一种工业添加剂被广泛应用。镉对全身多个器官、组织都有毒性,睾丸是对其敏感的靶器官之一。本文阐述了近年来研究镉致雄性生殖功能损伤的主要方式:氧化应激、促凋亡和与体内金属离子置换,以及相关药物预防和防护对镉引起的雄性生殖系统损伤,为进一步研究镉致雄性生殖功能损伤机制以及药物防护奠定基础。
