卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤的诊疗、预后及术后妊娠的研究进展

摘要

卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤是一种低度恶性潜能、独立于良恶性之外的肿瘤。近年来发病率逐年升高,这与医学技术的发展及逐渐增高的确诊率有关系。因其好发于育龄期妇女,治疗及预后受到各方面的重视,目前手术仍是主要治疗手段,且预后较好,复发较晚,因此有生育要求的妇女可选择保留生育功能的保守手术,但术后妊娠情况仍需要大样本研究探讨。本文就卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤的诊断、治疗、预后及妊娠情况进行系统讨论。
