Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of soluble human leukocyte antigen G (sHLA-G) in cleavage medium of embryo and embryonic development and pregnancy obtained. Methods 86 patients of infertility who received Frozen-thawed embryo transfer at the Reproductive Medical Center of Northern Jiangsu People′s Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected, a total of 100 cycles were included in the study. According to the pregnancy outcomes, pregnant group and non-pregnant group were divided. The basic clinical data and difference of sHLA-G content between the two groups were compared by a retrospective analysis. Furthermore, the patients were divided into sHLA-G positive and negative group according to the result of sHLA-G measurement and the implantation rate was compared between the two groups. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the concentration of sHLA-G in the culture medium of cleavage. Results The average sHLA-G concentration was significantly higher in pregnant group than in non-pregnant group (P<0.05).The average sHLA-G concentration and the implantation rate of sHLA-G positive group were significant higher than sHLA-G negative group (P<0.05).The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that the content of sHLA-G in embryonic culture medium was an independent risk factor for embryo implantation. Conclusion The expression of sHLA-G in D3 medium of embryo was associated with embryo implantation, which can be used as a potential marker of pregnancyoutcome
