哺乳早期母亲其他营养素摄入量与乳汁唾液酸含量的关系

摘要 目的 分析哺乳早期健康母亲膳食摄入的情况与其乳汁唾液酸(SA)含量之间的关系。方法 随机选取111例健康产妇,于其产后第30~40天采集乳汁10~15 ml,同时采用产妇三日膳食回顾问卷调查营养摄入情况,分析不同营养素摄入对乳汁SA含量的影响。结果 高SA组的产妇膳食摄入的维生素A[(571.6±180.0) ug/d]显著高于低SA组[(417.3±144.1) ug/d],每日维生素A摄入较高组的产妇其乳汁SA含量亦较高,两组比较差异有统计学意义,可见产妇每日维生素A的摄入对产妇产后早期乳汁SA含量有影响。结论 增加维生素A的摄入有助于提高乳汁SA含量。

Abstract :Objective To examine the relationship between dietary intakes and maternal milk sialic acid (SA) concentration during early lactation. Methods One hundred of eleven healthy lactating women were enrolled and their breast milk (15-20 ml) were collected at postpartum 30-40 days. The concentration of SA were analyzed by HPLC-FLD. In addition, a 72-hours dietary recall questionnaire survey was carried out. Differences of SA levels between dietary intakes were examined. Results During early lactating, the SA level [(571.6±180.0) ug/d] in the group with high daily intake of vitamin A was higher than the group with low vitamin A intake [(417.3±144.1) ug/d]. Conclusion Dietary intake of Vitamin A was positively associated with SA level in breast milk.
