子宫内膜容受性标记物与雌孕激素关系的研究进展

子宫内膜容受性标记物与雌孕激素关系的研究进展

摘要

在胚胎种植窗期,卵巢激素调节使子宫内膜形态结构和分泌蛋白均出现一系列变化,表现为胞饮突出,黏附分子、细胞因子、生长因子上调或下调,且与胚胎着床窗密切相关,使其成为子宫内膜容受性标记物。雌孕激素又从多方面影响子宫内膜的容受性。高水平的雌激素可导致黄体功能损害,造成胚胎发育和子宫内膜成熟不同步,降低对孕激素的反应。低雌激素又可使内膜种植窗开放时间延长。着床相关因子与雌孕激素的研究对改善子宫内膜容受性,确定“种植窗”,提高体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠率有重要作用。
