非糖尿病性巨大胎儿发生的相关因素

摘要

当今社会非糖尿病孕妇分娩巨大胎儿的现象呈逐年上升的趋势,这与多种因素相关。巨大胎儿比正常体重儿有着较高的疾病发生率和致死率,如在临床工作中处理不当可引起严重并发症。并且巨大胎儿是导致成年代谢疾病的独立危险因素(成年肥胖、高血压、糖尿病等)之一。因此,非糖尿病性巨大胎儿的预防、预测及诊断成为一个难题,应引起产科医师的重视。
