Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of mobile medical in the short-term transitional medical of patients with cervical cancer after operation. Methods 105 cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. The traditional medical group (52 cases) adopts traditional method for postoperative short-term transitional medical treatment, while the mobile medical group (53 cases) implements mobile medical for postoperative short-term transitional medical treatment on the basis of traditional method. Follow up and compare two groups of the psychological status, postoperative complications, quality of life and satisfaction degree of medical work. Results The scores of SAS (Self-rating anxiety scale) and SDS (Self-rating depression scale) in the two groups have no significance difference before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the mobile medical group were both significantly declined and both were lower than those of the traditional medical group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the mobile medical group (20.8%, 11/53) was lower than that in the traditional medical group (28.8%, 15/52), but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The life quality and medical satisfaction of the patients in the mobile medical group were higher than those in the traditional medical group after intervention, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile medical is conducive to alleviate the negative emotions of patients after cervical cancer surgery, could improve the quality of life of these patients, and can effectively improve the doctor-patient communication efficiency, so as to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
