Abstract:Objective To investigate the predictive value of Corin combined with RI, PI, S/D of uterine artery for preeclampsia.Methods 55 healthy pregnant women and 55 women with preeclampsia(PE) who underwent routine prenatal examination were enrolled from December 2015 to September 2020 in Lanzhou University Second Hospital. Serum Corin levels were measured by Elisa during the second trimester(16-24 weeks) and the third trimester(28-32 weeks). The uterine artery RI, PI, S/D were measured by Doppler ultrasound. The predictive value of combined detection of these indexes on the occurrence of pre-eclampsia was analyzed by ROC curve.Results The combined prediction probability of serum Corin content combined with uterine artery PI, RI and S/D values in the second and third trimesters was 0.850 and 0.862, respectively in AUC, the sensitivity was 80.1%, 88.3%, the specificity was 82.6%, 83.9%, which is significantly higher than the predictive effect of each indicator alone.Conclusion Combined detection of serum Corin in pregnant women can improve the predictive value of uterine artery hemodynamic parameters for preeclampsia.
